Clients

I’m Oli and I write copy. I’m a flexible writer and I write in a range of styles, each one carefully crafted to fit the context. I’m comfortable writing clear, direct English for everyday readers and equally happy writing for business. Recently I've been doing a lot of work communicating complex technical ideas, in the Finance or AI fields for example, to more mainstream audiences. I work confidently under pressure and I always do my research. I’ve worked extensively in theatre and film and so, as well as writing copy, I’m often asked to write treatments, scripts and concepts for video content. I also work with brands and agencies to help craft message and brand positioning.

Some recent clients have included Allianz, Bright Partnerships, DHL, Go People, Revels in Hand, Rogues' Gallery, Shangri-La Hotel, Tata Communications.

Other Work

When I’m not writing copy, I write plays. My latest play, Four Calling Birds, was performed over Christmas 2019 in The Shard, London on the 39th Floor at the Shangri-La Hotel. Prior to that, my Fireworks Night comedy Gunpowder Treason and That was a bespoke creation for a VIP to entertain a set of high-profile guests in November 2019. I am also currently working on two novels.
